2/24/20: According to CIS, there may be a new 4-star CB emerging for Miami. Steven Ortiz (Goodyear, AZ - Desert Edge) is rated 90 and is ranked the #23 CB with 19 offers so far from such schools as Oregon, Penn State, Washington and Miss State. Miami hasn't offered yet, but coach Rumph is planning to go out to Phoenix in May to visit him. Steven and his whole family are huge Miami fans. He traveled to Miami with his dad, on their own dime, for a game in 2018. Are we late to the dance?
