Cristobal visits with 5-star DE Shemar Stewart

12/8/21: New Miami head coach Mario Cristobal visited 5-star DE Shemar Stewart (Opa Locka, FL- Monsignor Pace) at his school on Wednesday.

At 6’6”/272, Shemar is rated 99, ranked the #3 DL and #9 overall prospect in the 2022 recruiting class.

Texas A&M is Shemar’s perceived leader, with Georgia also in the mix. Miami is now in this talented local prospect’s top tier of school and expects to sign in February.
